Walking through a marketplace in another country will tell you so much about it’s land and it’s people. Discovering the peoples’ artistry and craftsmanship is a magical experience. I am inspired by all jewellery but in particular, pieces made with components from places on the globe where artists create from scratch! This piece, titled “Spiral”, includes a pendant stamped and carved in India, Magnesite melon beads from China and Brass heishi beads from Africa! The Tierracast toggle closure is made in the USA.
